We're excited to announce the launch of DeskHog, our open-source developer toy that brings joy and creativity to your desk.
What is DeskHog?
DeskHog is a collection of small, interactive devices that sit on your desk and provide delightful moments throughout your day. Each device has its own personality and purpose:
- The Amber Device: Features simple games and interactive elements
- The Teal Device: Displays friendly faces and expressions
- The Clear Device: Offers utility functions and notifications
Why We Built It
As developers, we spend countless hours at our desks. We wanted to create something that would:
- Bring a smile to your face during long coding sessions
- Provide gentle reminders and notifications
- Serve as conversation starters with colleagues
- Demonstrate the joy of building physical things
